I'm doing this because after more than 12 years in the HVAC and MEP industry, I'm still frustrated to see the same problems repeated across so many projects: budget overruns that reduce profit or delays that wreck any schedule and hold up the entire project. In my opinion, these shouldn't be the standard, as I have experiencedd firsthand, year after year, that things can be approached differently.
