MEP Implementation Planning - technical
We help General Contractors and Developers identify system and constructability risk early – long before they turn into RFIs, field conflicts or change order. This is where we bring real MEP logic, engineering thinking and practical knowledge into the project.
What's included:
- Logical review of airflow, equipment locations & system zoning
- Constructability & installation feasibility checks
- Early conflict analysis in ceiling spaces (HVAC vs. structure vs. MEP)
- Access & serviceability review (maintenance paths, door clearances, etc.)
- Routing strategy (high-level) for ducts/pipes in congested areas
- Review of missing or unclear information in the permit set

MEP Implementation Planning & Coordination - BIM based
We turn early design into a buildable, coordinated model. We integrate architectural, structural and MEP models to eliminate conflicts, reduce field rework and support seamless execution. BIM is not the product - constructability is.
