We intervene early in the design phase to prevent HVAC decisions that later create cost overruns, coordination conflicts, or performance issues.

Working alongside the Engineer of Record, we validate system strategy, space requirements, and constructability before design assumptions become contractual constraints.

This reduces redesign cycles and technical uncertainty before construction.
